Cancellation and Refund
1. Booking Reservation and Payment
- The amount paid is for blocking the venue date at Messe Global Convention Center (MGCC).
- A 50% balance payment is due within 3 days of blocking the venue date. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month prior to the event date to finalize all arrangements.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the booking is canceled within 3 days from the date of blocking, the amount is refundable.
- Cancellations made after 3 days from the blocking date will not be eligible for a refund.
- MGCC reserves the right to release the canceled blocking date for other clients Or If the 50% balance payment is not made for booking confirmation within the specified 3-days period.

- Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of the refund request.
