Terms and Conditions
- Empaneled vendors will be given preference for all the events happening at MGCC & Laxmi Lawns.
- Interested Service Partner will received call on their registered contact number back after their Document Submission.
- During of Empanelment is for 24 Months from the date of empanelment.
- Security Deposit will be refundable after 45 Days of Empanelment Expiry & Full & Final Settlement between the Partner & MGCC Management.
- Non Empaneled Service Provider will only be allowed to provide Services after MGCC. Management.
- Incase of outside catering allowed , kitchen usage charges 20% on total billing applicable.
- Kitchen Cleaning & Garbage Pickup will be chargeble for Empaneled Partners as well.
- Invoice for the Royalty Amount will be generated by MGCC on next day of Event & the amount will be payable by Partner within 15 Days else the same will be deducted from the Security Deposit by MGCC.
- No Empaneled Partner is allowed to keep their Inventory at Venue without MGCC management approval.
- Venue reserves rights to use the content shared by photographer/videographer for further sharing on social media handles of the company and subsidiaries.
